Get Your Students Pumped Up on Personal Finance and Economics!

This one-day conference will offer four concurrent sessions on teaching personal finance and economics in K-12 classrooms. Among those presenting are college professors with expertise in personal financial and economics education, fellow K-12 teachers with years of experience teaching these disciplines, as well as financial industry veterans. Fifteen presentations will be offered (focusing on middle and high school levels) in addition to a session where teachers will be asked to share their best practices and ideas.
Registration cost is $25.00 for one teacher or $100 for unlimited teachers from one school. Teachers that teach in the cities of Milwaukee, Kenosha and St. Francis are free. Registration includes beverages, continental breakfast, lunch and curricula materials. This workshop will be led by Dr. Scott Niederjohn, Center Director for Economic Education, Lakeland College - Sheboygan. Registration is limited to 50.
